Double Dub checking in
The Last Saturday/Sunday of the Month Ride for August was a split weekend. The LSM had Sunday on the 25th of August followed by the Saturday, August 31st. This month's LSM had two family reunions, in California and Utah. Three new to the Movement ~ Latitude Trikke in Denver, Colorado, Gert Nagtegaal from Netherlands (the first LSM in his Country, well that I know of), and Bill Shakal in Greenwood, Indiana. There was a big demo in Malaysia, Thanks to John for checking in. Trikke Indonesia had their Car-Free Day and checked in. Although their event happened on our LSM, it was actually Sunday there. Forgive me but having one of the first groups to join the LSM Movement check in after a hiatus, I couldn't help but list them with us.
Other recent news was the conclusion of Douglass Weymouth's Wheelie Contest. I hope you got into the fun ~ submitting Wheelies, and checking comments on the photos, that played out on Facebook.
